Seeking experienced and passionate cook! Must be available nights and weekends.

As a cook at our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality service and experience for customers by preparing and following the recipes for our menu items. You will also help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently, while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures

As a cook at our business, you will need to: 

• Maintain an accurate inventory of food supplies, and restock ingredients as needed.
• Prepare quality dishes efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.
• Accommodate any dietary restrictions as requested.
• Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean cooking equipment after use, and ensure that the kitchen is clean at the end of each shift.

Candidates must have:

• ServSafe Certification. 
• At least 2 years of previous food preparation experience. 
• Familiarity with standard equipment, ingredients, and recipes. 
• The ability to adapt to a busy kitchen environment while working closely with restaurant staff.
