We are currently seeking an entry level Front of House Manager for a full-time position at Death & Co Los Angeles! The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of hospitality experience as either a maître d, server, bartender, or manager looking to take the next step in their career. Front of House Manager Role
- LMA (Leading, Managing and holding ours team Accountable)
- Execution of all front of house and service-related business operations (inventory, scheduling, meetings, ordering, training, and floor management)
- Customer satisfaction and quality control
- Interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff members
- Contribute to maximizing company profitability with a target margin consistent with annual projections - establish and monitor financial cost controls
- Assist in the writing and execution of business policies, SOP’s, related job descriptions, quizzes, and disciplinary initiatives

Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in various Front of House positions in restaurants and/or cocktail bars
- Knowledge of front of house operations and sanitation standards
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, DropBox, Slack
- Willingness to learn and grow within property
- Has food handler’s certificate
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to be punctual and work nights, weekends, and holidays
