Looking for experienced waiter/waitress for an exciting new traditional Japanese omakase sushi concept in Chicago. There are two very important skills to look for: 1) show up 2) have a good attitude.  After that, skilled ability to communicate with customers is valued as well as having passion for hospitality, psychology, food, beverage.

General parameters: 4 day work weeks (Thurs-Sun). Compensation: Hourly + Tips (Expect $200/night minimum, with opportunity for advancement quickly). There is plenty of room for advancement quickly as this is a new business.
