Seeking a full-time evening Line Cook to join our team at Saltbreaker, a new restaurant + bar in Alameda’s vibrant warehouse district. We offer deliciously approachable food and refreshingly drinkable cocktails featuring California's seasonal produce and local makers. Requirements and Duties
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen of a fine dining/casual fine dining restaurant
- Available to work afternoon/evening dinner shifts Wednesdays through Sundays.
- Demonstrated skill and efficiency on the line.
- Execute tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Proficient with tools, measurements and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods of time
