Black Cat/Bramble & Hare is seeking an entry-level cook in our downtown Boulder restaurant. No experience is required and culinary students are welcome. The work includes helping prepare the food in the afternoon and helping on the line during service. Part-time or full-time. Must be a dynamic thinker as our menu changes frequently based on what we are harvesting from our 425-acre certified organic farm.
All our employees share in a leveled tip pool. The hourly tip share is determined by the employee's skill set and experience. Culinary students, new graduates, externs, and those with no experience start at level one, $13.65 plus tips (guaranteed $18.00 per hour). With experience, this number goes up.
