Job Details
Safran Turney Hospitality is currently accepting resumes for the bar manager position.  STH encomapsses four concepts- Bud And Marilyn's. Little Nonnas, Barbuzzo, Barbuzzo Upstairs the private event space, and the brand new Darling Jack's Tavern . 

This position will be one that is multi unit.  The applicant will mainly work in Bud and Marilyn's as the bar manager with some days at other restaurants.  

Duties of this position, all with the support of the beverage director- 
Ordering, inventory and selecting liquors
Curating a craft beer program and all staff training/ordering 
Help create cocktail programs throughout the company 
Tasting wine with reps and help selecting the wines for the company
Floor duties so experience with Open Table, Toast and Dolce are all a plus 

Requirements- 
2 years of managment 
Experience with bartending and cocktail creating 
Be adaptable and well organized! 
Be friendly and easy to get along with!  We have many employees and the Bar Manager will be in contact with all of them throughout the work week.
