IL GATTOPARDO GROUP is currently hiring Management level professionals to be a strong floor-presence, not only maintaining service standards, but to passionately inspire house staff about food, wine, and Italian hospitality.

The ideal candidate must to have the ability to oversee all facets of service operations, with an emphasis on customer service and staff management.

Requirements & Skills:

* Minimum of 2 years of fine dining management level (Italian Fine Dining a plus!)
* Knowledge of Italian wines and ingredients
* Must to have a deep understanding of hospitality, and excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience of Opentable, Microsoft Office, and Toast POS System
* Leadership skills, organization and maturity to be a strong presence on the floor
* Ability to work full-time
* NYC Health Department Certificate not required, but a plus
