We are looking for a dedicated chef de partie.  This is an excellent job for someone who loves technical cooking or wants to learn how to cook technically.  Being a self starter is a must.  This is a good chance to help build something unique.  Given the small stature of the team, you'll be involved
in every dish and have the opportunity to see and do many things.  We look forward to hearing from you.  NOTE this job is likely a nine to ten hour per day workday. You will always have Sunday and Monday off.
