Opened in August 2020, Chef Amos Watts set sights to incorporate upscale causal dining with farm to table cuisine. The Fifth String offers American Fusion in the heart of the Lower Highlands Restaurant District, bringing refined dishes and cocktails to the neighboring Denver communities. Along with our extensive wine pairings, we boast an in-house bread program, whole animal butchery and seasonal preservation to bring guest a unique and elegant dining experience.
As a 2022 5280 Top 25 Restaurant recipient we are looking for applicants who:
Have 2-5 years of fast paced fine dining experience.
Have a thorough understanding of kitchen equipment.
A willingness to take on responsibility.
Understanding of product knowledge and usage.
Be able to work cohesively under pressure with other chefs.
Complete an in-person and working interview.
