We are a growing restaurant group who is looking for someone to lead, train and put some love in our "opening soon" coffee shop. Our branded coffee, Collective Coffee is opening our first coffee driven coffee shop where we can show our guests various coffees and teas from around the world.

- Must love interacting with guests and creating rave reviews
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry

- Outstanding written and verbal communication acumen
- Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing experience
- Conflict resolution
- Special event execution
- Food Safety Knowledge
- Experience working with POS Systems such as Toast, Aloha, etc.
- Staff Education / Motivation
- Recruiting, Scheduling, and Staff Education experience appreciated
