The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant;
- The candidate with experience managing an $8M+ restaurant.

Experienced in hiring and training staff;

Strong financial knowledge with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management, and bottom-line profitability;

A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success;

Floor management- Engaging with guests, managing the flow of the service, managing the reservation book, and communicating with kitchen and dining room teams.
