General Manager:
Seeking hospitality professionals that take pride in making our restaurants not only fulfilling places to dine in but also work within. Responsibilities include mentoring and empowering our front and back of house staff, managing day to day restaurant operations and guest relations.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensuring operational areas of FOH & BOH are managed to the company’s standards
- Hold all employees accountable while adhering to company operational procedures
- Understand and use financial indictors to measure productivity
- Effectively hire, train schedule and develop staff according to team and business needs
- Respond to all guest and staff communications/feedback in a effective and timely manner
- Effectively use and operate all necessary tools, utensils, equipment and software (for example, restaurant management software, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume neighborhood restaurant with significant private event experience: 200-400 covers per day, 3 - 6M+ in annual sales.
Must have a flexible work schedule (includes weekends brunch, lunch and dinner) and reliable transportation.
