Job Details

Rosetta Hall is looking for an Executive Chef! We have a unique culinary program that requires an indvidual with a diverse background and strong leadership qualities. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our target food cost throughout the year.
  • Manage all aspects of labor to hit our target labor cost, including hiring, training and scheduling
  • Ensure all menus are in line with goals of cultural accuracy, sustainablitity and execution. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum 10 years in a culinary leadership position.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple menus within a wide range of cuisines and ensure the food is consistenly executed.
  • Proven passion for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $90,000.00)
