We are seeking confident, hard-working cooks to support the back of the house team and to uphold high quality and consistent food to our guest. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:
A passion for cooking, teaching and leading
Knowledge of Sous-vide cooking method
Knowledge of French, Japanese and American cuisine
Butchery skills and knowledge of fish and seafood
Possess a work ethic that exceeds guest expectations
Demonstrates decision making by identifying relevant issues in complex situations; and seeks information and assistance from appropriate sources.
