Shifts available at our Andersonville store on Division

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and highly motivated people to join our growing front of house team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about high quality service and is a team player who takes initiative. Barista experience is a plus!

General expectations

• Provide a warm environment by greeting and engaging with guests in-person and over the phone
• Prepare and fulfill orders in a timely manner, communicating with BOH as needed
• Assist guests wherever needed and exceed service expectations
• Adhere to all sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Clearly communicate with all team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High volume experience
• Customer service expertise
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and quickly 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 

Part-time position available with with future opportunity for full-time. Availability Wednsday - Sunday with shifts starting at 6:30am - 2:15pm

Benefits for full-time after 90 days including healthcare, vision and dental plans as well as 401K and paid vacation. Compensation including tips ranges from $24 - $29 per hour.
