Qualifications:
Working in a positive environment alongside like minded professionals
Self-motivated, organized, with attention to detail
Enthusiastic leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and discipline a diverse culinary team
Interest and or knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
Base level knowledge and awareness of food purchasing and cost control
Base level knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum 1 year in a similar role or 3-4 years of culinary sous experience in a "from scratch" restaurant (high volume is a plus)
Excellence in maintenance of BOH, sanitation, and HACCP regulations
Culinary school education (a plus but not required)
Food handler’s certification required
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
