Recently awarded 1 Michelin star Osito is a fine dining restaurant located in the Mission District, where all the cooking takes place over a live fire. Chef and owner Seth Stowaway, best known for his time as executive chef of the Bar Agricole Group, is executing his vision of a 100% wood-fired tasting menu.
Located at 2875 18th Street in the Mission District, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant also houses Liliana, a cocktail bar with its own seasonal a-la carte menu.

THE JOB:
A Line Cook/Chef de Partie works on the line in our kitchen to execute service.
- responsible for station prep (mise-en-place) and organization
- execution of service, cleanliness, and morale
- be creative and open to learning new techniques
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hospitality and fine dining
- Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment
- Passionate about creating a memorable dining experience for guests
- Posses a hospitable and gracious demeanor that comes naturally and is ingrained in all interactions
- Ability to keep a level head during high volume times
- Strong knowledge of ingredients
- Have a strong personality that inspires positivity, high-energy, and camaraderie
- Be determined to deliver the highest level of execution everyday
- Food Handler’s Safety Permit, TIPS training certification
- US work authorization required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
