Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager and Sous Chef with production for busy, prep-heavy deli
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Stock inventory
• Assist with warewashing

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience is mandatory
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
