Evening Star Café is looking for a lead bartender to join our dynamic team! Evening Star Café is proud to have been part of the Del Ray community in Alexandria for nearly two decades. Our seasonal American menu is highlighted with ingredients from our own rooftop garden. We are open Tuesday - Sunday for dinner and for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our ideal candidate will have some experience in upscale casual dining and truly enjoy providing great hospitality in a fast paced, fun-loving crew. We practice standard steps of service and are constantly training on technical proficiency, so while experience is a plus - it's not a requirement, and we're willing to train the right person regardless. We are always looking for traits that are difficult to teach: a high hospitality IQ, great work ethic and professional demeanor. Being passionate about great food & drink does not hurt either! :)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
