Nobody’s Darling is seeking a Assistant General Manager (AGM)/Lead Bartender to work closely with the bar’s General Manager (GM) and ownership. If you consider yourself to be an experienced bartender with a passion for great cocktails and a desire to cultivate a space of diversity and inclusion, this role may be for you!

Role and Responsibilities: 

The AGM will report directly the GM and ownership to to uphold the bar’s policies and service standards while overseeing the day to day operations of the establishment. Some responsibilities in this role will include: 

• Monitoring bar operations from open to close 
• Facilitating secure close of the bar at the end of business each day
• Creating staff schedules 

You may be a great fit if you have…

• 2+ years of bartending experience 

• 1+ year(s) of bar management 
• Experience with creating staff schedules 
• Familiarity with the management of inventory to include ordering and restock 
• A proven knowledge and passion for mixology 
• The love for the “rush” of a fast-paced environment and the ability to creatively think under pressure 
• Solid customer service skills 
• A sense of purpose and satisfaction in bringing joy to others 
• The ability to take a “hands on” approach and lead by example
