The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of French cuisine and fundamental culinary techniques. As Executive Chef you will be the chief and maintain oversight and complete control of all dining outlets within The Morrow as well as all banquet operations. This leadership role requires creativity but also the ability to lead and teach the culinary staff. You will be working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, chef de cuisine, sous chef and pastry chef as well as other management positions.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in fine dining
- Minimum of an associates degree in culinary arts
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Excellent poultry and fish butchery skills
- Ability to lead by example
Preferred Qualifications:
- French cuisine knowledge
- Valid Food Handlers/ServSafe certification
- Previous experience with systems such as Agilysis, Toast, R365, Indeed, Culinary Agents, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and training of all BOH staff
- Overall Culinary Standards: Observing all outlets daily, meeting with CDC and Executive Sous and ensure all BOH operations are fully compliant to Local Health Department standards.
- Development and oversight of all banquet operations
- Participation and cooperation with Hilton executive committee
- Maintenance of building facilities, equipment & cleanliness
- Work on a daily basis with events and host team to maximize cover counts and utilization of all spaces in the property
- Work with the Sales team to ensure guests needs are met, being flexible to special requests.
- Oversee daily quizzing of the service team to ensure that ALL members have full control and understanding of the ALL menu items of food & beverage.
- Manage weekly flash reports for P&L control
- Assist Director of Operations in the management of payroll and reporting
- Manage monthly closing paperwork procedures
- Manage invoice processing
- Work with Chef de Cuisine and culinary team to create monthly and quarterly special events and promotions to drive business.
- Motivate all team members to drive sales revenue and average checks to maximize restaurants gross sales.
- Manage cost and inventory for budgeted food costs
- Work with all management and staff members on daily and weekly training to develop and choreography service standards.
- Work with management leadership to create monthly and quarterly events and specials to create and drive business
- Ensure cleanliness of all BOH Operations with daily maintenance and weekly deep cleaning
- Maintaining of all equipment in proper working order
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to squat, crouch, bend over
