Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
* Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
* Assist in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
* Hire, train, mentor and grow FOH team.

Qualifications
* At least 1-2 years of high-volume full-service restaurant management required
* Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* Experience in training and Knowledge of Asian/Chinese/Sichuan cuisine preferred, but not required
* Experience in restaurant or business start up operations preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 per year
