Lost Larson Andersonville is looking for a full-time line cook/prep cook to round out our artisanal cafe program.

Ideal candidates are organized, energetic and have some experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Knife skills and cafe or fast-casual specific experience are a plus. Ability to work cleanly and well with others is crucial.

Responsibilities include: prepping ingredients for our various dishes (slicing meats and cheeses, pickling, roasting, sauteeing farm fresh vegetables, making sauces and vinaigrettes, etc), building the core and rotating menu items during busy service, breaking down and cleaning the station efficiently after each service.

Hours: Wednesday - Sunday: 7:30 to 4pm
