ABOUT US
We are a new sparkling bar specializing in Detroit style pizza, caviar snacks and small plates. We have a small tight knit atmosphere and atmosphere. We are a fun upbeat environment and have an experienced staff. Pop is part of a group including Maxwell Park wine bar and soon to be Trouble Bird cocktail bar.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a very organized chef who can run a structured team. Someone who is skilled in ordering, scheduling, costing and running a budget. The food is ideally nostalgic classics and food that people have fun eating. Things like the caviar doughnuts we currently have on the menu. There is room for growth in the first year.
