We are looking for an experienced Thai Cook to join our professional kitchen staff in creating fantastic Thai dishes for our customers.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in prepping, cooking, and serving various Thai dishes on a variety of stations such as grill, sauté, and wok. Knowledge of traditional and modern Thai recipes, ingredients, and techniques is essential.

The candidate should also be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Working knowledge of basic food safety procedures is also required.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing ingredients such as rice, noodles, sauces, and meats.
• Cooking all dishes as instructed, following recipes precisely and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly portions.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the station.
• Assisting head chefs with food orders and making sure they are delivered on time and correctly.
• Communicating with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Regularly replacing stock items and adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience prepping, cooking, and serving Thai dishes on stations such as grill, sauté and wok.
• Understanding of traditional and modern Thai recipes, ingredients, and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high focus on accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress.
