Makan, a casual Malaysian restaurant in the heart of Columbia Heights, is seeking a full-time server.
We are seeking an individual with a great attitude, high energy and a strong work ethic to join our fast-growing restaurant.
Our style of service is refined, but relaxed, creating the perfect neighborhood & destination restaurant atmosphere.Qualified Candidates should have:
- Minimum 2 years serving experience with basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, & beer
- Positive attitude and a love for working in team environments
- Night availability starting at 3:30pm, brunch availability starting at 10am
- Passion for learning a new cuisine
- High-volume restaurant experience
Pay & Benefits
- Tips average $200-400/night
- 1 week Paid Time Off per year

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($5.35) plus tips
