We pursue team members with a dedicated work ethic and a warm, hospitable demeanor. We are looking for well-presented, positive individuals who want to be part of a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment!
The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:
- Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and people
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- 1 yr+ of prior serving experience
The Wolf's Tailor offers:
- A competitive pay structure that includes hourly plus a tip share structure that includes all employees; servers earn an average of $30-$36 per hour with this structure
