We are seeking a well-rounded Assistant General Manager in Training to join our team! The ideal candidate will be excited about developing salaried and hourly team members, creating a recognizable brand, and driving sales and profitability. This candidate will be actively working to move to the position of Assistant General Manager in the coming months.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- At least 3+ years restaurant management experience in an high-volume, well rated restaurant
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Ability to drive performance and success by acting in the best interests of the venue
- Prior experience with Resy & Toast and strong computer skills
- Knowledge of P&L and financials
