Bar Takito is looking to add a host/hostess to our team.

Super fun position ... in a really busy restaurant :-)

 

Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, answering incoming calls and addressing guest's queries, managing reservations, escorting guests to the dining and bar areas, and helping various restaurant staff members to ensure the guest has the best possible experience. For this position, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.  

 

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant as a host/hostess 

-Experience with Open Table and managing reservations

-Excellent customer service skills and communication skills both on the phone and in person

-The ability to walk and stand during an entire shift

-Understanding of restaurant etiquette 

-Must dress and present themselves in a professional manner at all times

-Night time/ weekend availability

-Punctual

-MUST always remain positive and hospitable to all guests at all times.
