Chevy Chase Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Culinarian to join the team. The Garde Manger/ Cold Production Sous Chef is a full-time management position responsible for all cold Banquets and Catering items produced at the club. Qualified candidates should expect to prepare plated salads, cold offerings for both banquets and brunches, hors d’oeuvres, tea, and continental breakfast as well as all dressings, vinaigrettes, and cold sauces.
The Garde Manger Kitchen is a scratch kitchen. Qualified candidates will have strong leadership and organizational skills as well as extensive experience with cold foods. Our culinarians typically work 10 hours/day, 5 days per week including evenings and weekends.
