Private Dining Sales and Events Manager
Our team is growing! Our two-star Michelin Restaurant has two beautiful private dining rooms catering to a very discerning clientele. We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy individual who enjoys selling our great menus, works in a very collaborative fashion with our management, culinary teams, and our front-of house staff to provide memorable experiences to all our guests.
This role is responsible for developing marketing and sales programs for our private dining room reservations, restaurant buy-outs and any other events.
This experienced individual will proactively scout for new business and will continue to maintain exceptional relationships with our current guests.
The Private Dining and Events Manager will serve as point of contact with the booking guests to coordinate all the details associated with their events, meeting all expectations.
Will work with flower designers, audio and visual companies and any other vendors, facilitating a smooth communication and execution.
Will be responsible to plan the event, work on contracts, and ensure that no detail is left out of any event order, so the entire team can seamlessly deliver an exceptional experience.
Will meet with guests for site inspections to deliver the vision of the event.
Will collaborate closely with the other team members of the events team, developing clear and concise communication protocols to satisfy timely responses to inquiries.
Will get knowledge of the food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation, pricing, and presentation to accurately represent our exacting standards.
Will thoroughly enjoy being our hospitality ambassador while being a valuable member of our restaurant family.
