The Grand Delancey is searching for a Full-Time Shift Leader. We are looking for an experienced individual who can bounce between large bar service and thoughtful pairing menus and is comfortable on the floor and behind the bar. Service is a fine line between coordinated steps of service and a busy bar crowd. If you have a passion for food and beverage, especially beer, or if you would like learn more about craft beer, but more over if you love to create an experience for people we'd like to hear from you.
The Shift lead position will be resposible for; Opening and Closing the restaurant, Printing Menus and producing laser Cut Beer Panels, Beer and Liquor recieving, Event and Private Party execution, along with normal service and general MOD duties. The Shift Lead will assist the Management team and provide insight in daily operations and future plans.
The Grand Delancey is a Craft Beer hall located in the Market Line, underneath the Essex Market. We feature 50 temperature controlled drafts plus over 200 bottles and cans. We also have a full bar and uniquely crafted cocktail and draft wine. Our food service consists of a curated selection of items from the vendors in the Market Line (Nom Wah, Ippudo, Slice Joint, Que Chevere, Veselka and Nixtamal). Our guests can experience The Market Line from the comfort of our seats, all while enjoying one of the best Craft Beer Selections in the New York City.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
