MADRE Restauraunt Seeking Line Cook:

MADRE is a hospitality driven restaurant in Greenpoint.  We use global influences and strong culinary technique to create an array of flavors in both our culinary and beverage programs.  We are focused on a seaonsally driven menu that is approachable for an every day dinner. 

We offer a competitive hourly, a fun and professional working environment, the opportunity to learn and grow with the team and be trained by lifelong culinary professionals. 

What we ask:
Passion, humility, and a willingness to learn.  Not everyone will be perfect on day 1 or even month 1, but we are looking for the right person to grow with and help advance in their culinary career. 

Skills needed can range from raw bar to meat and fish cookery but there is room for learning period. Plenty of knowledge to be gained for all parties involved.
