The Lynhall is seeking a full-time Pastry Assistant who has weekend availabilty. The Assistant will be responsible for the daily bake-off and production of the bake-off which includes breads, batters, scones, cookies, and garnishes. Will also help with tea service assembly and daily events. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience in a professional setting or a culinary specific degree.
