Our sommeliers, chefs, and farmers work in unison to craft memorable dining experiences that connect our guests to the land and soil of the region. Our sommeliers share their passion for wine, their discoveries, and their knowledge via stories that add depth to the guests' wine experience.
Our 400-bottle list has won the "Best of Award of Excellence" award from Wine Spectator for the last 6 years, and we'd like to win it again next year. A recent draft of our 28-page list is available on our website, focusing on Burgundy, Austria, and grower Champagne.
The Wine Director is tasked with the responsibility of designing the wine program, maintaining inventory, training the staff on both wine and service, maintaining the program's cost within budget, and managing the service on the floor.
