Hi Friends! Middle Child Clubhouse is hiring a new Executive Chef to oversee the breakfast and lunch side of our operation. No assholes allowed. We hire kind, community-oriented folks only.
Hours are 5 days a week for a total of 55 hours. Weekends are a must. Hours are roughly 7am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintaining a fun, positive energy at Clubhouse
- On the ground, day-to-day oversight (support, training, organization) for the AM FOH, AM Line Cooks, and AM Prep Kitchen
- Ensuring extremely high standards and consistency for food, service, and cleanliness
- Managing the Clubhouse prep kitchen, by placing orders, writing clear prep lists, and establishing pars
- Helping to deliver on an agreed-upon cost of goods sold and minimizing food waste for our daytime menu
- Hiring, scheduling, training, and of all daytime staff, and ensuring top-notch performance, alongside the Assistant Ops Manager
- Recipe developing new items, writing clear recipes, costing them, and training the team
- Updating online menus and POS systems, alongside the Assistant Ops Manager
- Ensuring consistency between AM and PM concepts, to ensure a linear public understanding of Clubhouse and it's food
- Clearly communicating with other managers and the PM Executive Chef to produce smooth and efficient operations by day and night
- Pinpointing critical issues as well as successes (service bottlenecks, frequent customer complaints, employee frustrations, shop maintenance needs, etc.) and communicating those findings to ownership, plus helping to create solutions when required
- Checking employees hours before payroll is run
- Working the line or prepping, when needed

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
