Acclaimed Michelin Star Chef, Mourad Lahlou, and the Aziza team are accepting resumes for a hard working and dedicated host to join the front of house team.
Our rustic menu showcases an innovative marriage between modern techniques and tradition, highlighting Chef Mourad’s deep knowledge of spices and Moroccan flavors. We are known for our innovative cocktail program and eclectic wine list. We serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday and brunch Saturdays and Sundays.
You must be able to work weekends.

Candidate qualifications:
* Experience managing a door in an upscale-casual fine dining establishment is helpful, but not mandatory
* Strong organizational & communication skills
* Some food, wine, & spirits knowledge
* Self starter who can think on their feet, maintain a sense of urgency with a calm temperment
* Ability to take direction
* Respectful to others, maintain a positive work environment with coworkers and guests.
* Detail oriented
* A firm understanding of current sanitation practices and health department standards
* Current Food Handler Card
*Covid-19 vaccination required
*Responsible Beverage Service Certification

Job Responsibilities
*Some experience with RESY or OpenTable
* Managing the reservation book
* Answering phones & emails pertaining to reservations, take away orders, general questions and requests
* Managing take out orders by phone, tablet and website
* Set-up of entire restaurant daily: including but not limited to moving tables and chairs, polishing flatware and glassware, rolling flatware, stocking stations, etc..
* Break down and clean up of the dining rooms and bar
* Must be able to work weekends
* Must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
