Rezdôra is a Michelin Starred (NYTimes 3-Star) Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate Chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer. Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively.
We are seeking an experienced Wine Director with a strong work ethic to help maintain our ever growing wine program, the highest standards of service and professionalism. Our ideal candidate is a professional who is also energetic, and passionate about all aspects of beverage & hospitality.
The Wine Director will work clsoely with our head bartender and sommelier to manage the list, the wine BTG program, be a leader in education and have a constant floor presence. This person will help the entire team push to reach beverage-related revenue goals, minimize controllable costs, help create and enforce policies and SOPs, train FOH staff and perform additional administrative duties including monthly inventory.

Service Experience Requirements:
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
- Outstanding service skills
- Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Proficiency in MS Office, BinWise and/or BevSpot and POS systems
- Self motivated
- Leadership qualities and a drive to cultivate a hospitality culture
- Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity along with experience solving problems.
