Lion & The Rambler is a new, modern American tasting menu restaurant featuring a 46-seat restaurant and bar focusing on small farms and producers.

We are opening soon and seeking Line Cooks & Prep Cooks to join our goal crushing, dynamic team! We are looking for professional Cooks to pursue and ensure our Executive Chef’s and Chef de Cuisine's specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will employ their culinary and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

• Flexible schedule is required, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are necessary.
• Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.
• Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 1 years of culinary experience in the similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Superior knowledge of back of house duties
• Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
• Self-motivation
• Willingness to learn and grow
