Job Details
Lost Larson is looking for a new pastry lamination specialist to join our growing team!

Lost Larson is a Scandinavian-inspired, neighborhood bakery with a focus on regional, house-milled grain and artisanal goods. We bake fresh, always-from-scratch pastries and breads with local and seasonal produce.

We are looking for someone to join our pastry cook team as a dough laminator. Responsibilities include laminating and shaping all of our various viennoiserie products such as croissants, cinnamon rolls, cardamom buns, kouign amann, afternoon tea buns, etc. Tasks also include producing the various fillings and butter blocks for the station.


1 year of experience in a scratch baking kitchen required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
