We are seeking Prep Cooks who are eager to join a new fun team.

Requirements:
- 2+ years as a prep cook in a well rated, busy restaurant
- Strong knife skills regarding whole meat/fish butchery and precise vegetable knife cuts
- Understanding of FIFO and DOH sanitation and organization standards
- Willing to support the team where necessary to get the job done
- Full-time availability preferred
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
