The Dinex Group, restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for an Experienced Bartender for our Le Gratin, a Lyonnais inspired bistro located in Downtown Manhattan.
The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine and service standards. He/She must be passionate and be able to work efficiently in a high volume, team environment with the ability to control the pace and flow of all incoming food & beverage tickets.
As the main point of contact and ambassador, the bartender will guide guests through their meal in a warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor. The candidate should be comfortable making cocktails and have familiarity mixing spirits & liqeurs as well as serving food items from the bar menu/a la carte.
1+ Years' fine dining experience in a similar restaurant or major city required.
