The concept is modern Thai cuisine, traditionally inspired - small and medium plates. Candidate should have a passion for Asian cuisine and aesthetic. Candidate would ideally have experience with restaurant openings / pre-open planning and design, and kitchen management.

Ideal candidate should be: 

-An experienced chef experience Thai or Asian  cuisine

-Be able to set up menu and change seasonally

-Someone who loves to share his/her/their passion for cooking with other people and express their story tellling through foods along with well presenting
