La Chinesca is the latest addition to the 13th Street Kitchens restaurant group. Situated in the Spring Arts District, La Chinesca draws its inspiration from the border town in Mexico, Mexicali, where there is a unique combination of Chinese and Mexican cuisine. We are looking for a Line Cook who is self motivated, and looking to further their career within a growing company. Candidates should have experience in high volume restaurants, while that is not a deciding factor. Experience with both Mexican or Chinese Cuisine is not required, but a plus.
