Our culinary program embraces an ethos of zero waste, practices in-house fermentation and utilizes house-milled heritage grains sourced via our house mill, Dry Storage Mill. - Knowledgeable and passionate about food
- Basic kitchen knowledge: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, sanitation and cleanliness standards

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work daytime hours and weekends

About Dry Storage Bakehouse: Dry Storage is a daytime counter-service cafe, mill, and retail space located in East Boulder. It is a project of Chef Kelly Whitaker and IE Hospitality. The retail concept is unique, we put artisanal heirloom flour sourced from our Mill and unique retail food products from small-batch purveyors into the hands of our community. We offer a daytime food and beverage menu, focused on heirloom grains and globally-influenced coffee drinks. We are the sister space to BASTA, a wood-fired eatery next door.
