Bartender
• Bartender with an extensive knowledge of wine and spirits
• 3+ bartending experience (craft cocktail experience preferred)
• Very detail oriented and highly effective and multitasking in the high energy situations
• Wine/cocktail pairing knowledge
• Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
• Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
• Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
Cocktail Servers
• 2+ years’ cocktail serving experience, serving beverages in a fine dining establishment preferred.
• Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
• Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.
• Cleaning and clearing tables.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, such as straws, napkins, etc.
• Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
• Standing, walking and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.
