Black Cat is seeking a professional, talented cook for our sister restaurant Bramble & Hare in downtown Boulder. Significant experience required. Experience in whole animal butchery and charcuterie a plus. Must be a dynamic thinker as our menu changes frequently based on what we are harvesting from our 425 acre certified organic farm. 

Bramble and Hare splits tips between Front and Back of House. Your tip percentage will be based on experience.
