Scope of this position:

• Maintain a constant knowledge of menu items and beverage lists
• Upsell food and beverage items
• Verify food matches the orders on tickets
• Perform cash handling according to written procedures
• Listen to, and promptly act to resolve, guest issues and requests and hold effective communication with management

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service experience
• Must be knowledgeable about local area
• Communicating within F&B and with other departments regularly and effectively
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, Overnights, weekends and holidays.
