We are looking for career minded restaurant professionals to join our service team at Juku.
Juku is a multi-level Japanese restaurant concept which offers a different menu and experience on each floor. We offer an omakase-only prix fixe menu at our intimate 12 seat sushi counter on the top floor. A la carte Izakaya style dining on the ground floor. Immersive cocktail-focused speakeasy lounge in the basement. An extensive sake, wine and spirits menu is offered on all three floors.
Availability is the best ability. We are looking for committed and serious people that love the hospitality industry. Our unique concept requires an individual with experience bartending and serving. The ideal candidate has performed both jobs and has a strong working knowledge of standard cocktail preparations as well as steps of service in the FOH.
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
