Oceans is now accepting resumes for the Host Position.  We are looking for someone who wants to join a passionate team of hospitality professionals in crafting thoughtful and gracious dining experiences in a sweeping 14,000 square foot Rockwell Group-designed space. Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable dealing with VIP guests
• Desire to work with a team-oriented company
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in fine-dining service environments

Essential Functions: 

• Able to lift 30+ pounds 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English 
• Must have basic math skills  
• Maintain friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times 
• Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards
• Communicates information effectively and efficiently 
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction 
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business 
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions 
• Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure; maintains professionalism when working under stress 
• Attends mandatory staff meetings  
• Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards 
• Strict adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times 
• Unpack, stock, & organize all items in and around the restaurant to maintain highest level of cleanliness possible 
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Management Team 
• Adhere to all HR policies and procedures
